Chá Dào - China Tea & Art in Frankfurt

So far I've only shopped here online, but I'm a regular customer. I bought my tea table, some Yixing jugs and of course a lot of tea here and have always been satisfied so far. Mr. Thamm is a luminary and helped me a lot when I got into the tea world. When it comes to tea and accessories, the first thing I do is stop by chadao.de. I'm looking forward to my first visit to the tea house itself!

Everyday without Cha Dao is a sad day! Lovely place and lovely stuff, especially Gerhard Is a unique person and of course the tea is great! Always drinking the tea from there! Highly recommend to book the tea sessions! Had already 2.

We come here from Darmstadt as often as possible. As soon as you enter the tea house you notice how you slow down and how wonderful atmosphere ensures that you no longer feel like you are in the middle of Frankfurt. The tea is excellent. Thanks to the super friendly and competent advice, you simply feel that you are in good hands and enjoy your hours of rest and tea enjoyment even more. I can only warmly recommend the Chá Dào to any tea fan and anyone who wants to become one. When I'm in Frankfurt an absolute must.

Beautiful location. I visited during covid and was able to sit outside in their bamboo garden. To keep the spread of covid low, they did not provide us with a menu. Instead our waiter recommended us some lovely tea choices depending on our described preferences.

Very good to drink with tea. The baos are great and the tables are awesome. Unfortunately a bit expensive for a regular visit. But it was nice.

Quiet place traditional Chinese tea

An oasis! We stopped by on Sundays. The range of teas is unparalleled, as is the quality. There are homemade tartes, cakes and mochis. Worth mentioning is the very loving and authentic decor, see photos. Apart from that, you can also stroll through the restaurant and admire the countless tea services, books or Chinese decoration, some of which are sold.

We were in Chá Dào for the first time yesterday. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed and welcoming. The shop assistant gave me a lot of attention and gave me the time to let my selection of new teeware rest on me. She examined herself again with one eye examining both products and packed them with great care for me. I can hardly wait for the next visit!

For all tea lovers and those who want to become one, the Cha Dào Teahouse and Gallery is an incredibly wonderful place to discover, marvel and enjoy. The atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful and pleasantly soft, the selection of teas and accessories seemingly limitless. The food perfectly rounded out the tea experience for me. The oolong (blue tea) was incredibly fruity and slightly in the wake. I'm already planning my next visit.

I'm totally excited about this place. The owner is totally friendly and knows all about tea. The atmosphere is really relaxed, you feel right at home. That there are small snacks like Baozi is great and if you have any questions, the owner is always ready to answer you. The tea selection is huge and the prices are totally ok.

Really cool place for a tea, coffee, or hot chocolate

Three of us had an introduction to the tea ceremony at Andrea. Over 3 hours it made interesting and varied, at the same time the atmosphere was totally relaxed and we felt like visiting good friends. We learned a lot, now we see tea with other and more "knowledgeable" eyes and we like to come back. Because the tea house is also a place of rest in the midst of urban bustle.

This is the largest tea and tea shop in which I was. Here you can buy anything for tea and a lot of the tea itself and there are collectible varieties. Separately, I want to mention the tea room and its furniture, it is perfect)) these are tables with built-in shepherds, beautiful tableware on each table, and a personal kettle for boiling water on each table, in short, very convenient and you can drink very tasty tea.
